The City of Jackson will host a Residential Debris Drop-Off Event on Friday, February 27, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at three convenient locations: Old Norwood Shopping Center (1020 Forest Avenue), Raines Park (110 Flag Chapel Road), and Old Food Depot (2861 Terry Road). Residents are invited to dispose of household furniture, small appliances, general household debris, and yard waste, including large bulky items. Please note that tires, hazardous waste, paint, chemicals, gas tanks, and electronics will not be accepted at the roll-off dumpsters.
