The Mississippi Urban Research Center at Jackson State University is hosting a Community Information and Networking Meeting titled "Mobilizing for Emergencies: A Resource Guide for Churches and Other Community Organizations." The event will take place on Thursday, May 15, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm at the Jackson Medical Mall Community Room, located at 350 West Woodrow Wilson Drive. Light refreshments will be served. The meeting aims to provide tools and strategies to help churches and community organizations better prepare for and respond to emergencies.
