Join the Jackson Branch NAACP Environmental and Climate Justice Committee for “There’s Something in Our Water,” a community conversation focused on understanding what is happening in Jackson and what we can do together. This Earth Month closing event will feature a screening of the documentary There’s Something in the Water, followed by a community panel discussion centered on real conversations, real issues, and real solutions. The event will take place Thursday, April 30, 2026, at the Westside Community Center, 1650 Wiggins Rd., Jackson, MS 39209, with doors opening at 5:30 PM and the film beginning at 6:00 PM.
