The Jayne Avenue Neighborhood Association invites the community to October Fest 2026 on Saturday, October 31, 2026, from Noon to 5:00 PM at Jayne Avenue Park, 3615 Jayne Avenue, behind the Jackson Police Academy, in West Jackson, Mississippi. This day of fun, fellowship, and civic power brings neighbors together as one strong community under the theme "Turn Up, Turn Out the Vote." The event features live entertainment from DJ Killa on the 1s and 2s, a youth talent contest, a Halloween costume contest, Trunk or Treat, books for all ages from the Circle of Color Book Club, vendors, door prizes, food, and plenty of family fun.
